KSMV and Mandal Maskinering are combining their businesses to establish a leading Nordic operator supplying machining services.
The owners of Mandal Maskinering AS (Mandal Maskinering), Kristiansands Skruefabrikk & Mek Verksted AS (KSMV) and Sabro A/S (Sabro) have chosen to combine their businesses to establish one leading Nordic supplier of machining and mechanical services. The new company will be named Nordic Manufacturing Partners with customers all over the Nordics within industry, construction, oil and gas, renewables and infrastructure. The company will have a turnover of around NOK 250 million at its respective production facilities in Mandal, Søgne and Randers.
